This being my first review, I dont think I have very much to say.
I watched Free! Iwatobi Swim Club and loved it but told myself that it would be the only sports anime I would watch, I thought it just wasnt my thing. When Free ended I missed it a lot but didnt want to rewatch it. My tumblr dashboard was filled with Kuroko No Basket and I said to myself, I guess I could watch the first episode. I watched the first episode and instantly fell in love.
This anime is very similar to Free in many ways so if you liked that

then you should give KnB a try! The story is interesting, somewhat supernatural you could argue, in that the Generation of Miracles have "special basketball powers". There is a lot of conflict that makes for great cliffhangers and emotion. However, due to the supernatural aspects, this anime isnt very true to the game of basketball. I really do enjoy basketball but I dont know much about it but, this anime overexaggerates a lot about the sport. Personally, I love the artwork in this anime (not gonna lie, I have a huge crush on Kuroko) and the voice actors are great, they fit their characters really well. Speaking of characters, every character in this anime is very unique. In basketball, they all have their own styles and ways of the game but come together to play in amazing ways. They also have different personalities that make for an awesome story.
I could have probably rated this a bit less than a ten overall, however, I was so amazed byt the fact that I was completely dragged into this anime. I went from refusing to watch it to not wanting to stop watching it. This anime is most definitely becoming one of my favorites.
