Where this show is great is the feelings it can evoke, they are both brutal and honest and I think that's something everyone should experience at least once in their life. Understanding that humans are the biggest monsters, the cruelest. Where this show improves upon it's predecessor is the art and the characters, voice acting seems better too. Overall it is a well-rounded anime I thoroughly recommend to those who enjoyed Elfen Lied.
