Without spoiling anyone I can say that at the end of Blood-c, Saya looked very much like Mei. With Saya's twintails, if you cut them at the banded part her hair would be the same length, style and colour as Mei's hair. They both wear an odd looking red and black school uniform. They are both supernatural in one way or another. The endings in both shows reveal a major TWEEEEST. There's also a similarity on their faces but you'll have to watch the end of Blood-c to find it out.
