It's hilarious that you gave One Punch Man 10/10 when this was your reasoning for giving Hellsing Ultimate 2/10. I agree with you that Hellsing isn't very good, but neither is One Punch Man. If you want an argument you can use the one above, I'll look forward to see how you will argue against yourself.

Apologies, I'm one of those MAL users who rated Hellsing Ultimate highly. But I can certainly see your point of view, the character development and the OP MC. It's hard to describe why I liked it, the setting, the atmosphere and the style. All the dark stereotypical themes I guess...

Anyway I clicked the helpful, there are certainly a lot more anime out there that deserve to rank higher. We seem to differ on our anime, considering the low compatibility between us.
