This review contains some spoilers. But I really think it should because everyone needs to be told what bullshit they r getting involved in.
Particularly there's only one thing to say about this show: horrible! It sucks however hard I tried to sympathize with it. The story is like a mess: two siblings have some probs with their father being violent, and then the little sis turned into a monster after seeing red butterflies. Then, she ate her bro. I was thinking what's the point of having a little girl eat her brother and suddenly, the public toilet (?) scene came right away with the answer!

I know I'm a little dirty-minded but the bro sounded like he was having some yaoi stuff in his belly. And the girl? She didn't even think about her bro getting hurt and keep calling his name like a drunkard while topping him! It's just gross! They even have a whole episode that has sis-chan on top of her nonstop-moaning bro in a bed, half of their clothes was off! Seriously I couldn't understand what this show was talking about! Child abuse? Nope, it's just some meaningless details added to make them more miserable. Brohood? Meh! Only masochists and hentai old men can think of that as love. Anyway, at last I saw the pregnant woman (?) and was completely grossed out. I'm not going to spend 20 mins of my life to watch the rest of this bullshit. The reason why I continued was simply curiousity.
Sis-chan's voice is very irritating. The op is bearable. I can't remember the ed. There's no memorable soundtracks (this's good because they shouldn't be wasted in such terrible show).
Graphic is the worst. Though it's 2014, I wonder if they did it intentionally.
Characters, as above, psychos.
Enjoyment 1/10. I totally understand why the statics go down like a pyramid.
Overall: don't watch this kind of show unless you're looking for something stupid.
