Story:
The story of Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate was pretty good until about the eleventh episode. It was funny, there was a little bit of romance, some drama between the main character Oojima and his childhood friend Chisato whose brother died at a young age.
But at the eleventh episode things started to get way out of hand, it turned unrealistic and melodramatic, and I kind of sat there with a "WTF" face.
Other than that it has a great story :)
Art:
Fantstic art, I loved everything about the art. The outfits were cool and I love how they draws the faces. The eyes remind of the characters
...
from Tsuritama and I think that's really cool.
Sound:
The opening theme is very pretty and matches the anime well, it's sort of peaceful like something you would fall asleep to, but at the same time it's kind of fast-paced.
The ending is great as well.
As for the character voices, they did a fantastic job on voices matching the characters, unlike some other animes I've watched where they are completely off.
Character:
I think Oojima is awesome, he is fair, kind, and overall a nice guy.
Chisato on the other hand is sometimes whiny and confusing. I liked her a bunch, but sometimes I just wanted her to shut up and stop complaining and being so clingy.
Another character, the last President at the highschool almost never opens his eyes. And usually in animes like Gin in Bleach or Lao from Kuroshitsuji, I don't mind and it matches their character, but for some reason every time I saw this characer it really made me mad that he always kept his eyes closed apart from a couple of occasions.
Enjoyment:
Other than the big melodramatic climax where I was seriously wondering why it was so dramatic when it was only highschool, I enjoyed it very much. Especially the green haired club memeber, Yume, who was a great comedic relief from all the drama and always tried to get with Oojima and made 'Yaoi Sticks.'
Overall:
Even with the pretty strange storyline and dramatic scenes that shouldn't have been so dramatic and some unexplained envents, this anime was pretty cute and if you're a fan of harem or romance animes you should watch it.

I really loved this series. One reason I loved Kaze No Stigma is because of the two main characters, Ayano and Kazuma. The second they met I instantly started wanting them to be together, I have never wanted two anime characters to be together this much since Bleach when Orihime promised Tatsuki that she would come back to her... *Cough cough* Moving on...
The second reason is because of Kazuma's attitude during the entire anime (Other than one part in the last couple of episodes) He is so calm, cool, and collected and always seems to know what's going on. Well except when he see's his
...
father, which brings us on to reason number three.
Reason three is the relationship between Kazuma and his "Old man." Seeing as his father is the one who kicked him out of the family in the first place, it's only natural that Kazuma would be angry. But you soon find out that not only is Kazuma angry, he also wan't to surpass him and will try to fight his father every time they see each other , you'll figure that out in the spa episode :)
The only reason this isn't a solid ten is because of the lack of season two. I know that Takahiro Yamato (Author of Kaze No Stigma) passed away and I was very upset when I found that out, but I do wish that they would at least end the anime with something more...Endyer?
It's not my top concern, because I was okay with how it ended, but many people don't watch Kaze No Stigma, solely on the fact that the story is not finished. But I highly recommend seeing this anime despite the loose ending. This really is a fantastic anime :)

I really liked this anime from about episode 1 to episode 11 (Other than the unrealistic swooning over Tsukune and the constant panty shots)
The characters, Moka, Tsukune, Yukari, Kurumu, and Mizore, are all very unique in their own ways and they all have a background story. The only thing I have a problem with is that they all seem to be in love with Tsukune for no apparent reason. It starts off as Kurumu wanting him to be a slave but then it turns out to be something more. So what, if he helped them out? Many people have been kind and helped me
...
out with problems it doesn't mean I fall madly in love with them.
That's probably my biggest problem with Rosario+ Vampire. I can handle the panty shots, seeing as I have seen things much worse. I advise not to watch this in public (Living room, computer room, etc, etc...) Unless you live by yourself or your parents don't care, then knock yourself out. But if you live with other people that might not approve of underwear shots then you should probably watch this in your room or when your home alone.
The episodes from 1 to 11 are great, everyone is happy and everything is great. But episode 12 and 13 things change. And in my opinion, it wasn't for the best. The big climax of the season was pretty weak, if you ask me.
Overall this was not one of my favorites...it would probably be in my bottom five. But it is funny and a cute and perky romance/comedy anime. So if you like those kinds of light shows, then go ahead and watch it, you might like it. :)
