A great show if you go in with the right expectations, which is, that it's going to be a completely insane show very in your face about all of it's themes and ideas, but rushing to get through them all. The first half is a bit rough, but does a great job introducing you to the characters, and setting up the amazing madness that takes up the second half.
All in all, it's pretty short, if you like Tomino's other works then check it out, though I understand that people more unfamiliar with his style might not enjoy it. Also the bug robots are pretty cool.
