In a parallel world where half priced Ben-Tos are worth risking your dear life for, Satou 'Pervert' You finds his calling. Ben-To left me positively in awe with it's ridiculousness, it is not an anime you watch for the dramatic accuracy of it's science, nor the unwavering strenght of it's plot. No. It's a solid anime where comedy meets action. A place where supermarket employees are treated as Gods, losers settle for instant noodles and victoriously emerged heroes of war get rewarded with the tasty half priced Ben-Tos.

Blade & Soul tells the story of Alka, an emotionless assassin, who seeks to avenge her murdered Master. Killing and death is very much in the focus in Blade & Soul but it succeeds in showing what a double-edged sword killing truly is. Blade & Soul shows a nice character progress, being relatively short 1-cour series does show through as sometimes the development is slightly too sudden. Aishiteruze Baby focuses on life of Kippei, a outgoing and carefree highschool kid, who suddenly has to become a guardian to the child of his recently widowed aunt. The story reflects marvelously on the struggles of raising somebody elses child and the problems that arise as Kippei tries to live his life while raising Yuzuyu. I liked how the characters developed as the story moved forward and how the characters background reflected upon their actions and personalities. As of now I've seen 6 episodes so this is more of a first-look review than a complete one although I do not believe that any dramatic changes will be happening to my opinion about this show as I finish it.
Story & Characters: I really feel like there isn't really a proper unified story. Instead we just seem to get bits and pieces here and there from each character, usually it's fine and adds onto the story and character development but here it just somehow seems off and disconnected from the story.
