A theatre (operating room) nurse who used to watch lotsa anime (with my fave seiyuus in it), now watching Vtubers.

But thanks to Maeve Kagekiri (V&U 3rd generation)’s post of showcasing MAL, I decided to sort out my “updated” anime list & here it is.

I haven’t been watching anime since the pandemic, or since watching HoloMyth, and now watching mainly HoloEN (Gura and Fauna mainly—and Calli in her RDR2 stream), Phase Connect (a lot of them sad girls like Pippa and Tenma and Lumi), a few Indie Vtubers (Kaheru Ch. from 🇵🇭), and smaller Vtuber agencies (VReverie before but they collapsed, so I’ve gone to V&U where Maeve is; and I also watch PixelLink—another smaller agency).

I first started watching Gundam series (Wing, and G)—and stopped eventually before watching Gundam Seed, and other shows like Ouran High, Death Note and Gurren Lagann all before they were cool.

Since then, I’ve watched a lot of moeshit anime with my fave seiyuus in it until the era of Vtubers came up.

Ofc from time to time, I did watch the more recent anime like Bocchi the Rock, Gundam:WFM, and Kaguya-sama. But this is nothing compared to how much “anime with Kana Hanazawa in it” I’ve watched back then—you can see it in the watched and completed section.

I used to be a nurse in the Philippines 🇵🇭 working in the ward.

Currently, I work as a theatre nurse (operating room nurse) scrub for Interventional Neuroradiology in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧. We render intra-operative care for patients with aneurysms, arteriovenous malformation, meningioma, dural fistula, and other blood vessel-related matters across the brain, and spinal cord. We also deal with stroke patients via thrombectomy.

Yes, we are actually a type of brain surgery in layman’s term, just that we’re mainly concerned with the blood vessels of the brain, and spinal cord. Neurosurgery are the ones in-charge of the actual brain, and spinal cord.

So, imagine a capipi/kanpainiki actually does something neuroscience-related. 🤘 No worries, I’m a metalhead at heart since my high school days, I can actually play a few Slipknot, and Metallica tunes so I’m used to the sorts of pressure and your central nervous system is safe with me (patient safety is of paramount importance). 🤘👍
