Hmmm, Well this was quite the interesting one-shot.
Story- The story was quite good actually. It didnt feel complete somehow, like it was missing something. But not in a bad way, it left you thinking more about the main character's pasts and it also left you wondering about the world they live in. I would give the story a 9 because it was a "thinker" (which isn't so common when it comes to Yaoi) and also because it was really just a beautifully written love story.
Art- Listen up folks, Inariya's art will never be below a 10. It is simply pure talent that can capture
...
any emotion the character's might have. I am not simply saying this because I am an obvious fan. The art is very well drawn from head to toe of every character in the story. And the body proportions are outstanding. The art found in this one-shot really didn't take away from the story but added to it.
Characters- Normally I would say the character's were lacking depth, however this WAS a one-shot, and you were still able to connect to them on an emotional level. Therefore I give it a 10 on character. They were drawn very well. And they did have enough depth required for a short story. They were quite different from one another yet they felt at place in the setting they were in.
Enjoyment- I loved it really. It was one of my favorites from Inariya(The Goddess of Yaoi in my opinion)!
Overall- The story was subtle yet romantic. The art was beautiful and elegant. The characters were almost real. Overall this was a great manga that I would recommend to anyone, especially if you like Inariya Fusanosuke.
