Guns, girls, action, secret organisations and two main characters who don't remember their own identities! - Yes, this anime has all the makings of a great show, and is seemingly, (although its hard to say as at the time of writing this we are only 5 episodes into the series) delivering on the promise which its plot is showing.
The story focuses on the lives of Ein and Zwei, two brainwashed and highly trained assassins, both searching for their lost memories and identities which were stolen from them by the mysterious organisation known as inferno. The story, which bears striking similarities to that of the

anime series darker than black, is told chronologically in an episodic manner, with each episode revealing a little bit more about the characters and their lives.
In terms of its soundtrack and art, the offerings from this series have not jumped out at me, atlhough that is not to say that there is anything to complain about. The animation of the series is nicely done, with the action scenes appearing well animated and flowing smoothly, although most blood and the actual killing of characters is not shown as the camera is almost always turned away, with just the gun sound effect left intact. Whilst this may please some, to me this feels slightly unnatrual and detracts from the impact the violent scenes of the show should have upon the viewer. The general theme of violence and killing that runs throughout this show (as you would expect in a show about assassins) would however still make me reluctant to recommend it for younger viewers.
Overall this series is highly entertaining, and a very good watch if you enjoy the combination of a mysterious action filled story, with interesting characters and villains. If you liked series such as darker than black, or ghost in the shell, then your sure to like this - overall 8/10
