"Samurai Champloo", one of those animes i discover by chance and try to find again, many years later. And i really, really tried to find it again.
But what i seemed to forget completely is, Hip Hop stuff. And i'm not a huge fan of it. I can like a sound/rythm though. But still, that could have restrained me from loving/appreciating this anime and i must be honest, that pretty worked during almost the half of the episodes.
I'm not saying "HipHop"+"Samurai" = Bleh. Hell no ! It's an unusual mix and i guess i needed time to get used to it. It seems to have been

It's a very poetic anime and if you want to watch a talkative one, that's not for you.
The art of "Kotonoha no Niwa" is just beautiful for me. I wanted to be in this park so much ! It's one of these anime which can relax you and i wanted so much to watch much longer !

The story is really basic. A clumsy girl meets the charmer of the High School who is actually an a**hole (that's maybe a little too much but...) She accepts (stupidly) his mean comments but she won't be pushed around.
It's a very nice anime with comical moments and funny faces. Even if the main character is a real pain in the a**, he doesn't leave people cold. Until he says an awful thing and here we go again, we want to slap his face. Yeah, i should use "I" instead of "we". x) Last thing, too bad it's been a short season. Can't wait to see the ...

Ah ! I read a lot of negative comments about this anime. So yeah, i was pretty curious.
Everyone has its own opinion and has to not saying to other people, "run, you fools !" because that's a hideous anime for them. We can read their thoughts, got an idea and take its own decision to watch or not. First of all, you can't call this anime a 100% Hentai. It's really soft, not so explicit (well, for me of course). I don't know if it's because of that beautiful OST but, i'm about to say that's sweet. Even for this "forbidden" relationship, it's soft. It's not like ...

Let's be honest, i'm not a fan of these kind of movies. Not that i dislike them, i just don't usually watch them. But after this one and "Mononoke Hime" that could change.
"Ookami Kodomo no Ame to Yuki" is an ode to the Nature, family. It's so sweetness. And deeply sad but such poetic. Also the score is a wonder. I just need to not thinking about the beginning or i will burst into tears. Yeah, prepare tissue(s). That's a wise advice.

Bad idea to go on a row after "Death Note" as i was scared Shinigami in "Bleach" were physically ugly as well. *ahem*
In first minutes i was in the swing of things as it was mysterious, funny and scary. I appreciate those animes with funny moments, actions, emotions, ... blood and "Bleach" has all of them. Plus, a very good score. I think characters are complementing each other (and some have this little thing which can make you appreciate them more) even though some can be such a pain in the a** sometimes, i must admit. And mainly i couldn't wait to see the next episode. ... |
