The reason I chose to watch Yumemiru is because Sajo got rejected, and he finally realized that he needed to move on. This kinda resonated with me since just a few months ago I got rejected (by a Japanese girl). I may be a weeb and all, but I felt like I had a chance since she was so nice to me, and we even shared a common passion for music. But oh well, as Hachiman said, "I hate nice girls", they don't do nice things because they like you. OK, OK, back to the review.

I expected. This anime is not really good.
The main problem with this anime is that nothing really interesting happens. The conversations are bland. Sure, there was some meaningful interactions for character development like Ichinose, (the character I like the most), but the flow of the conversations between character wasn't natural. It's like the author is trying to come up with something to say and decides to put a random topic. If the conversations felt natural, maybe this anime would be a lot more interesting, like a slice of life.
Most of the characters have no depth, but that's not required since this is a light show. It's supposed to be enjoyable and maybe even funny, but most of the time I feel no emotions when watching this anime. Many people don't like Aika, but I quite like her. In the manga, we can see some of her thoughts (I read a few chapters), but they are not present in the anime, which may explain why many people don't like her. Still, I like the anime approach of not revealing her thoughts. This sets us on the perspective of Sajo, which gives an uncertainty about the feelings of Aika. We are in the eyes of Sajo, and we don't know if she likes us or not.
Also, the animation was not good, but I don't mind it.
There is a lot that I want to say, but it's better not to overthink it. At last, this is not a deep anime, and one should watch it if he enjoys it. I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Each person has his own treasure to find. This may be the main theme of the movie. The start was beautiful. I was tearing up because I could sense this story would be special, but at the end it didn't turn out like I imagined.
The setting revolves around the countryside, which really makes me appreciate the calmness of the place. The characters were very likeable and very fun to watch. Seeing the trio Roma, Toto, and Drop laughing and crying reminds me about true friendship. It just felt like going on an adventure with them.

middle part got kind of boring. Nothing was happening. It was just the trio going around and talking. The main problem I have with this movie is that the characters keep talking and talking about deep and motivational things for the rest of the movie. After hearing so many "wise" phrases, I felt like everything they said was meaningless. What was the main message they were trying to portray? Saying meaningful quotes again and again when nothing is happening really removes its meaning or impact. It was like watching a lecture of wise quotes, or to be more exact, like seeing two friends talking to each other. Basically, nothing was happening. I as a viewer could not relate to what they were saying because there was no event or plot point that made me witness their struggles. It was just three friends "ranting" and saying sorry throughout a great portion of the movie.
Still, the way they transmitted the message is very good. The ending is beautiful and confusing at the same time. This movie could have been a great one if there were more things going on and less deep talking.
Also, please don't expect this anime will be at the level of Sora Yori mo Tooi Basho. Both stories are very different. Yorimoi does its writing perfectly (in my opinion), and it's truly a life-changing anime. Goodbye Donglees is pretty good, and I think you will definitely like it and get inspired.
To summarize, Goodbye Donglees is a very simple story. It made me laugh and tear and encouraged me to start doing the things I've always wanted (in other words, finding the treasure). The problem is that there is a lot, a lot of deep talking and drama when not so much is happening. Still, it's worth to watch it. I definitely recommend it, but don't expect that much.

Kimetsu no Yaiba is truly an outstanding anime. Yes, the story definitely have some flaws. It's repetitive and predictable. The characters keep having power ups like Dragon Ball, and so far most characters don`t have a deep characterization or development. That's why many people see this anime as a hollow story, meaningless, just fights and hyped moments.
A simple story doesn't mean that it's bad. Nowadays, if a story is not complex, full of plot twists and mind-blowing worldbuilding, like AoT, then it's considered generic and bad. It all depends on what the purpose the author has for the story. If the story is done

well (without so many plot holes and forced things) and accomplishes the author's message or purpose for the story, it's definitely AT LEAST good. Many complex stories have amazing plot twists and events, but just having a complex writing does not make a story good. A Place Further Than the Universe has a very simple story but manages to make a really big impact on the viewer. And Kimetsu no Yaiba is no exception. Although simple, it's beautiful.
What truly excels in the writing is how well the author portrayed the central theme of this anime. We can clearly see that the theme is about family. Tanjiro and Nezuko's strong bond, Shinobu and her sister, Rengoku and his family, Uzui and his wives, and even the demons (Rui, Gyuutarou and Daki, etc.) show the strong love of family. All these stories and familial relationships accomplished the message the author wants to transmit. The message is "Family is there to be with you" or something along the line. Thus, it really left a big influence on me. There's really no need for a crazy plot, drama, and philosophical things to make a story good. KnY stayed simple and managed to transmit the author's message for the audience.
The story by itself is definitely not enough for me to consider it a masterpiece. It's the combination of excellent writing, perfect animation, awesome OSTs, and brilliant direction that makes this a masterpiece. That's why I don't consider the manga THAT good. Many elitists always judge solely by the story and characters, although I consider these two as the most important aspects about an anime, but anime has more aspects to consider.
*Minor spoilers of S2 episode 10*
For example, the direction in episode 10 is brilliant, specially the end. When Tanjiro was struggling to breathe, I somewhat also felt the same feeling. The blurry vision and the fuzzy sound and scream from Uzui made me feel confused at what's really happening. It's really a way better experience than the manga. And all these factors from sound, animation, and direction really make KnY special.

This season has a lot of romance, which is something I expected. Now I see how the two previous seasons connect to this one. I'm convinced that Oregairu is an anime about searching for something genuine, and that authentic thing is an intimate and sincere relationship with someone. In order to achieve it, you need to strive and suffer and, of course, understand each other's logic and feelings by words and actions.
10/10 - Story and Characters
On season 1 we saw all the shallow relationships like Hayato's three friends, Tsurumi Rumi's group, and the fake exchanges between Sagami and Yukino. Next, on season 2 wee

see Hachiman searching for that genuine thing and even questioning if the Service Club relationship is deep or superficial. That's why we see comparisons between Hayato's and Hachiman's group, and also, the presidential election issue was to test if Hachiman's group is strong enough to stay together. Lastly, this third season concludes all this search. It all ends with Hachiman reaching a genuine relationship he was longing since the start of his youth life. A true, loving relationship does not have a facade but sincerity and requires a lot of suffering and understanding.
8/10 - Enjoyment
I didn't enjoy this season as much as season 2 and 1 because it lacks Hachiman's awesome monologues and screen time of Hayato, my second favorite character. Well, it may be because Hachiman has changed a lot as a character, and Hayato is not relevant to this prom thing. In addition, this season focused a lot more on the feelings and romance, which are genres I'm not that much interested on. Still, season 3 perfectly concludes all the main character's problems and developments.
10/10 - Art
The art may have not improved that much, but this season´s quality and jazz animations are amazing.
10/10 - Sound
S2 OP and ED are still my top favorite, but S3's ones are also great. What I didn't like from the OP is when everyone is dancing on the chorus part of the song. Also, they added more wholesome osts!
10/10 - Overall
Overall, Oregairu anime version is so well structured. Each season has its own themes and styles, all with the purpose of contributing its major theme. Now I can see why S1 has more comedy, S2, more tension and drama, and lastly, S3, more feelings and affection. I have the light novels, and I will someday read them all, yet the anime Oregairu is unquestionably listed in my top 10 anime (rank #7 or #8).
