Preliminary (20/101 chp)
You might be wondering, why did I give this a 10?

To anyone who is close to being middle-aged, this manga really hits home; even more so if you have been unwillingly unemployed. The author did a really good job depicting what unemployment is like for a middle-aged person who has otherwise been working for their entire life.

To me it was a 10/10 because it made me think about the days when I was unemployed. I really like manga that can make the reader feel some kind of emotion. Reading this, I felt as if I was transported back to my struggle with unemployment. I ...

Gintama (Manga) add
Preliminary (700/709 chp)
I love everything about Gintama. From the way that gorilla jokes are somehow blended perfectly into serious moments; to the way that the series keeps ending, yet the ending never comes. And don't forget about the mosiac humor and dirty jokes. Those are all aspects that don't sound appealing at all, but somehow it all fits perfectly together and creates a series that you can become invested in emotionally.

I can't think of another manga that's had me laughing and crying within the same chapter. Gintama will have a dirty joke right in the middle of a serious tearjerking moment, and it won't ruin the ...

Sekai Maou (Manga) add
Preliminary (50/58 chp)
"Sekai Maou" is a nice creative take on the classic hero vs demon lord stories that we know and love. The jokes were good, the story flowed smoothly, and nothing felt awkward or out of place.

Reading halfway through, I thought it was going to be a gag manga. And it is, but the author decided to throw in a twist near the end. It totally caught me off guard and felt like one of those 0 to 100 transitions in "Gintama" where it goes from making ding dong jokes to a key serious moment in the plot. Nevertheless, the quick transition didn't break my ...

Preliminary (65/82 chp)
This is one that will really hit you in the feels.

It also seems targeted towards an older audience. Some of us are a bit older now than we use to be, and by a bit I mean many tens of years. Reading the high-school drama romance stories are great and all, but it hard for us to connect.

Enter our 40 something year old dead end job manager that's pretty much given up on everything. A character that many of us older readers can relate to. And imagine getting a second chance to feel the torrent of emotions that come with youth even when you ...

Preliminary (74/? chp)
"Owari no Seraph" has a good combination of serious and funny moments that makes for an enjoyable read. The moments don't conflict with each other, and the story feels like it flows well so far. There is a nice balance of mystery throughout that keeps you thinking, and overall the story gives off an old school FMA-like vibe.

Personally, I think the main character is a bit too much of a shounen manga protagonist and it doesn't feel like his character matches the vibes the series gives off. Even though this is flagged as shounen series, it feels like it is something that would appeal more ...

Preliminary (22/37 chp)
I read 22 chapters all in one go, and I've got to say that this story flows very well and does a great job at conveying emotions to the reader. Although they have nothing to do with each other, I was reminded of "Kimi no Iru Machi". At times when reading sad parts, I would feel my heart drop and I could feel the sadness coming through the pages to me. Series' that can somehow transmit the feels to you are awesome. And, even though I have pretty much nothing in common with the protagonist, the storytelling is done in a way where I feel ...

Good jokes, lot's of literal fluff. The whole manga so far is a feelsgood slice of life type.

This is an awesome series for reading on the bus or something when you want to pass some time; as long as you read chapter 1 first, everything else will make sense regardless of the order you chose to read in.

The jokes in this series are well done, and they are mostly situational/history related jokes. Although having some knowledge of Japanese customs and history is helpful in understanding the jokes, the series is still funny even if you don't know. Either way it's more than enough to make ...

Preliminary (75/75 chp)
"Mado kara Madoka-chan" is about the random interactions that happen between Madoka-chan and our typical salaryman MC. It's a nice read for when you're sitting on the bus with a couple minutes to spare as chapters aren't too long, and you can skip around since the plot continuity isn't important.

Why does Madoka-chan do these things? Does she want to help him? Is it just fun for her? Is she just bored? Maybe we'll find out.

So far the series does not disappoint with all the random occurrences we see at Madoka-chan's window, and I eagerly await whats next to come. I'm enjoying this series so ...

Preliminary (10/? chp)
A isekai story that both shonen and shojo readers can enjoy.

Although the targeted demographic is shojo, it isn't so fruity that shonen readers would cringe with every page. And when it comes to shojo readers, lots of shonen/seinen isekai stories have plot/character interactions that turn those readers away from the genre. "Fukushuu wo Chikatta Shironeko wa Ryuuou no Hiza no Ue de Damin wo Musaboru" provides a medium when it comes to balancing out the typical over the top harem isekai stories we've come to expect from 2018 and the drama and emotional aspects that a shojo reader will expect. Making this a title ...

Yurikon (Manga) add
Preliminary (8/10 chp)
Read this if you like fluff.

All of these stories are happy and fluffy, so if you're feeling a bit down or stressed; this is a nice read to relax.

The stories involved are pretty much exactly what you think it would be, and every sub-story has a predictable path. It's a series of pure yuri romance stories and although the events are very predictable, it becomes a bit more interesting since the main characters from each story have recurring appearances as supporting characters in the other stories.

TLDR; Read if you want some generic pure yuri oneshots that will leave you feeling fluffy.
