If you liked Rosario to Vampire add

...then you might like High School DxD add

Main character finds himself in a school setting surrounded by sexy non-human ladies with whom are now competing to retain the MC's affection. In my opinion DxD executes the whole thing way better in terms of characters, comedy, ecchi goodness, and action so if you liked Rosario and have yet to try DxD then I seriously don't know what's holding ya back.

If you liked Dorohedoro add

...then you might like No Guns Life add

Both shows have very odd looking protagonists who can't recollect the events that led them to where they find themselves now. Also they both follow a plot while sprinkling really hilarious comedy bits throughout. To top it off both shows have REALLY enjoyable characters, especially Dorohedoro.

If you liked Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic add

...then you might like Nanatsu no Taizai add

Both shows have vibrant colors and a wonderful cast yet underneath that still lies an interesting story. Both can also move to being a bit darker from time to time and especially in Magi themes can become a bit heavier and not have things be so black and white. And as an extra similarity both have the first 2 seasons done by A-1 Pictures ( let's just hope the animation similarities don't continue if Magi gets a season 3 :P )

...then you might like Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai? Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen add

Personally I feel the shows had a somewhat similar vibe. I feel Love is War is a better show but if you want something to fill the void in the meantime, I would recommend this show. Funny main couple with crazy personalities and cool and even relatable side characters to support the overall comedy of the show.
