I was really enjoying the series. All of a sudden, right about halfway through the series. I felt like it was drifting off of the topic. I thought it was pretty obvious who he was going to choose. The ending felt rushed to me and they didn't even focus that much on the main characters at all. One of the main characters felt more like a side character towards the end. that went wrong with this series. I was hoping that it was at least going to end with an amazing plot twist. The author was probably more lost than me, as to how to make this series with a good ending. I wouldn't recommend this series to anyone.
The main problem I had with this series was how his "original self" was more like a supernatural character. It would've been better if his memories had started to come back while still being the person that he was while he was in college. That would've been the most obvious way to go, realistically speaking. Then it would've been a dramatic ending by having him choose with who to stay with in the end.
