Both deal with a uke who sleeps with others to get over his love. Deal with a love triangle. Are both BL and yaoi, so both are intended for a more mature audience. Pretty decent reads, if you like one, you'll probably like the other. Kimi wa Amai Amai is a collection of oneshots, whereas Boku was Kimi no Tori ni Naritai isn't.

...then you might like Gosan no Heart add

Similar premise, where a guy who's very popular with girls begins dating another guy. They're both BL but Seven Days is intended for just about all audiences, whereas Gosan no Heart is intended for more mature audiences. Seven Days is longer in length, and also, the main story in Gosan no Heart is about 3 chapters where the remaining chapters are oneshots. The art is similar, very cute and airy and I'm sure anyone will enjoy them both.

Originally straight male gets involved in a relationship with a gay male from their past.They both do a good job of representing the hardships, but at the same time showing the deep love the MC's have for each other. Both are really touching and pretty realistic.

Both are cute slice of life titles. There's a cross dressing boy in both of them. Sexual orientation is a topic that comes up in both of them. Sasameki Koto is a shoujo-ai while Hourou Musuko isn't, but they're both great. Lots of touching romantic moments, and both very enjoyable!

The Earl and Tamaki are very similar to each other, and Dahlia and Haruhi are in similar situations to each other. If you enjoyed Ouran you'll definitely enjoy this or vice-versa.

Angel Beats! isn't a yuri, but it does have a lot of the same elements as Kannazuki no Miki especially the fighting scenes and the main character having lost their memory. They're also both romantic and very touching.
