Most people like to shit on this show's animation, but the truth is that its just different and while it took a while to get used to, i still loved the drawings. The story overall starts off interesting and you find yourself sympathizing with the main character, however towards the end we realize how much of a piece of shit he really is based on the decisions he made (somewhat spoiler). This is not an easy show to watch due to the cringe and stupidity of the main character and is exactly what you would expect from an anime listed as psychological. The plot twists

are interesting and very entertaining, but overall it's just the main character who ends up being a disappointment. Don't expect much of a romance, the story is mainly centered around the main character, and if you will go deep enough, it explores the 3 main types of people depicted in Japanese culture. If youre looking for a romantic story, this is not the show for you, lets just say the ending isn't what we think it will be after we see the dedication saeki has to their relationship. (bit of a spoiler, watch the show to find out what i mean) Therefore in conclusion i wouldn't necessarily recommend this show to anyone but if asked about it i would say: "just watch it".
