This anime is truly a marvel.

It is very much a visual masterpiece, the music hits at just the right moments, and hits you with the depression train until you are a pile of teary goo on the floor. This is one of the few anime I have seen where I find it EXTREMELY difficult to go back and watch it again, it's just too much to take a second time. But it also moved me to reconsider all the relationships I take for granted in my life, and how they can be taken away at a moment's notice. The ending, though a let-down for ...

Toradora! (Anime) add
This show is my favorite anime of all time, period.

If any of you recognize my name on other reviews for other shows, you know I love romance anime. This show has one of the most dynamic and unique love stories I've ever witnessed from any show, movie or book EVER. It is built ever so slowly, but in complete perfection in my opinion. Cute and funny at times, sad and longing at others. It had me reading fanfiction like crazy to continue the story where the anime ended.

It had a fantastic use of music for more emotional scenes, with my favorite OST piece ...

This movie was pretty good. I went in not knowing what to think about it, and came out pleasantly surprised.

Every character's personality is explored through the various time leaps, the story paces itself decently well, and the time travel sequences are well done. I also must agree with some in that this ending wasn't sad. On the contrary, this ending was hopeful. It left me with a sense of closure and I finished the movie very satisfied.

I think that Mamoru Hosoda is one of the best filmmakers in anime, and this film is an excellent reason why.

An excellent anime movie for all ...

Oh, where to start on this one?

I'm gonna start with the story. They immediately tell you how it will end at the beginning of the movie, but it in no way softened the blow. This is an incredibly thoughtful and emotional look at the devastation of war, and how every action you take has consequences. The animation and sound, even for 1988, is impeccable and continues to impress today. The story is paced so well. Studio Ghibli is a powerhouse. After I finished the movie, I had to go sit in a dark room and collect myself for 30 minutes. I shed a tear ...

This movie is something special in my book.

It has a decent story, great music and stunning animation. My main focus, however, is the characters. They were typical and not too special upon first glance. However, after watching a review of this, I took a line from said review to heart. "These characters are not something to get attached over, but to see yourselves in". I realized then how amazing this movie is.

Makoto Shinkai, being the legend he is, deals with themes in this movie that he also shows in his other films as well. Those themes are unrequited love, longing for someone so ...

I was a HUGE fan of the original Eureka Seven series, so I had to watch this when I first heard about it. I gotta say, I kinda liked it.

The characters were pretty decent, the storyline took an interesting route with the series, and it kept the same fast-paced action sequences from the original. Though confused with how everything tied into the original series at first, the ending was a pleasant one that had me satisfied.

I will admit, some will probably not like this because the show really does not fully explain what is going on in the world around them and kind ...

When I first started watching yuri shows, I wasn't sure to expect more romance or more hentai. This being my first real yuri anime, I must say I was impressed.

This show was really damn innocent. The main couple have this relationship that is so sweet and sometimes childish, you feel guilty for having hentai as an assumption in the first place. I enjoyed the cute and cuddly feeling this show gave off. It really helped me to unwind after having hard days at work or just emotionally in general.

Recommend this as something to just sit back and enjoy.

If you're looking for a ...

Another chapter in the lives of Chiaki and Nodame.

I feel personally that their relationship took some major steps forward in these eleven episodes. The story is ever evolving, as we see our main couple start to decide how to spend the rest of their lives.

This season was probably my least favorite of the three, as it did not feel like the plot was really moving anywhere for me. I did enjoy the Paris setting tremendously however, and liked the colorful cast of side characters.

Classical music will always be near and dear to my heart, so I did enjoy the OST. The opening ...

I really enjoyed watching this show.

It hit in all the right places and our main love interests looked really cute together. The pacing for this was unbelievable, it felt like I had just finished a full series in a little under 3 or 4 hours.

The opening and ending theme though... Wow. I liked how the opening kept an upbeat sort of feel to it. The ending hit me like a truck, with how simple and saddening it was to hear. In the end though, I felt okay after finishing this. It was either sad or a real example of true love depending on ...

This season was pretty alright. I liked the GGO arc and was indifferent about the 2nd arc. However, the real reason this is getting a higher review from me than what I would have put it before is the Mother's Rosario arc.

Holy shit, I don't even have the words to describe how beautiful that was. That was something I was not expecting SAO to do, but I am so happy that they did, because they did it PERFECTLY. The final episode, I hadn't cried like that since Clannad and Your Lie In April. This arc singlehandedly saved this season for me and is easily ...
