A friend of mine asked me to take a look at an anime named Elfen Lied.
I have to say that Elfen Lied is unlike any other anime/manga I have ever seen in my life...I loved it all from the start.
I found the storyline easy to grasp and the art superb, I got attached to both main characters and did not expect most of the deaths of the characters you would think would be alive and seen throughout the episodes but it was the other way around like having a crowed pushed through a narrow gap about 15 inches wide only the few get through but
