Thank god there are some animes that break free of the usual "high school romance" formula.
This anime has more comedy then other school romances or maybe I should say that it has a better quality of comedy. The characters made me laugh time and time again. I would definetely reccomend this to anyone who likes comedy and to those who enjoy a good school romance as well.

Black Lagoon's story is fresh, Its dialogue brisk, and its charachters enjoyable. What's not to love?
The main characters each seemed realistic in the sense that they all had something that made them act the way they did, instead of being worked up over something stupid or randomly falling in love with people for no reason. The action was very good too and was exciting without being incredibly over the top. |
