Where do I begin. I was scrolling through Crunchyroll and so happen to see this out of the line up. I'm the type of person who's always looking for new anime to watch and the art style of this one immediately caught my attention. I loved the design of Eliodis and Chisme so I thought I'd give it a try. If it weren't for my need to finish things once I start them, I'd probably would've stopped watching this after episode 3. It's such a repetitive cycle of a needy, depressed, teenage girl trying to find herself amongst these random magical creatures that have little

to no substance. The only really ones I found entertaining were the dragons tbh. I also can't stand cry baby characters and Chisme is very much like that. We get it. You had a depressing childhood as do most protagonist do, but are you really going to spend the ENTIRE show feeling sad for yourself? Spolier... she does, up until the very ending at least. This anime had so much potential. I expected to see Chisme being trained into this powerful, fearless, mage that was just gonna whoop everyone's a**, but that wasn't the case. You barely even get to see hardly any "magic" in the entire show. Even the final boss fight was totally mediocre and required little to no actual magical battle tactics. Overall, I did love the soundtrack and I still feel the same about the artwork. Eliodis has a really unique design that made me want to like his character but he (very much like Chisme) is also a cry baby who literally get jealous if Chisme even looks in the direction of another living breathing creature. I was expecting so much more out of this </3 didn't live up to any of the it.
