So I will start with the story. Its pretty generic for a harem tbh. Similar to the Gotoubun series. Tutor who is an all rounder for all his subjects needs money or more of a scholarship reccommendation so he teaches the girls who are pretty bad in alot of subjects but in this case, each of them is specialized in a certain subject but wants to learn the other subjects that they suck in. Season 1 was very much on this storyline approach but I felt Season 2 strayed away with minimal focus given to the original plot. It was more on their relationships rather ... than the studies. They all like him because he is a nice guy and all. Overall it is an enjoyable harem.

Art was a 9/10 cos it is the type that appeals to me and I really liked it. I give it 9 because in one of the episodes, they used pretty bad CGI for what could have been a real good performance. Other than that, all good.

Sound, well the songs are nice. Cheerful and enjoyable without being cringy. I couldnt complain.

Now for characters, I do think they did a great job in this area. Each of the girls had their own arc which really I think would invest their audience into the character greatly. The arcs bring out each of their personalites really well. None of them are similar in anyway making each girl their own unique self and having a shot at taking the spot for best girl. I am TeamFuruhashi btw but that doesnt matter.

For enjoyment, I gave it a 8/10 that factors in 2 things. One, solid harem. Enjoyable and hard to pick a best girl tbh. This itself has earned it a 10/10 for a harem anime imo. Very enjoyable and nothing was left out or lackluster. Each girl well defined and boundaries between relationships properly set. I then gave it -2 points because of how it ended. The ending was really out of nowhere and they added a time skip at the end kicking out the chance of a potential Season 3. The ending aftercthe time skip was as unsatisfactory cos for one, my best girl didnt win and two, it was kinda outta nowhere since this girl wasnt really focused on in the majority of season 2. I could have never seen it coming.

Overall, without any bias, it was pretty enjoyable and I am quite sad that it has come to an end. Worth the watch for sure.

Think about the coolest most flashy anime action scene you have ever seen. Now that is nothing compared to level of awesomeness and flair that Gurren Lagann has for its viewers. Most flashy actions scenes usually trade off the storyline just for pure action but every second in this anime they focus on the storyline be it action or not. I personally think that people nowadays search for some super well developed character lineup paired with some gripping storyline that comes with the mentality that too much action would ruin the movie but this has a fairly simple storyline of saving the human race and ... breaking limits while at it. But they really executed this type of generic storyline to a level no one has reached, a level where all boxes are checked and there isn't any lacking in the whole experience.

Story=10

Simple yet well executed. One of the best animes out there. IMO, a good anime has to attach the characters to the audience and this does it in the best way possible. Each element is well tailored to grip your heart. The first few episodes may have some cringy scenes such as a generic way of motivation but after awhile, it grows unto you and you will start feeling the same way. You grow with them. At the end, it is really sad and dark which made me hate it in a very good way. To clarify, I mean I just wished I never watched it if I had to feel so hurt in the end. Hopefully my message gets across properly.

Art=10

The max that is possible to give is 10 but if I cud go higher, I would. Only if I had the drill that could PIERCE THROUGH THE HEAVENS!!! Hahahaha!!! Anyways, art is really good. Detail and creativity were well thought out for each chracter, the buildings, they all have a very unique feature that properly distinguish them apart. They make so that an ugly character is unlikable based on physical features and the good looking ones really good looking.

Sound=10

Boy these songs are good! The song really brings out your inner energy during fight scenes. It makes you really want to cheer them on. It makes you want to join them. It makes you want to be them!!! Good songs overall!

Characters=10

Here is one the best things they do well. I will stick to the main characters only as they have a significantly larger amount of development than supporting characters but the supporting characters have an appropriate amount of development that when you lose them, you feel a small ache in the chest. So the main characters are very well developed that you feel what they feel. If you lose one of them, then shit! My heart pains...

Enjoyment=10

It is an adventure of a lifetime. A very complete anime that has nearly everything to be enjoyed. Grudges, Anger, Happiness, Sadness. It has it all. You experience a lifetime of emotions in a few hours. Damn it was good. You will wish there was another season so that your journey doesn't end here but at the same time, you feel that it must not have another season and that one season is perfect.

Just watch it! Don't doubt it! Very tough to find another anime to beat this!

First time writing a review and I chose this anime to review out of the many that I have watched solely because it really deserves my time to review the series.

Story=10

This show is about literally the lives of people from many walks of life and their true thoughts and feelings. There are 6 main characters in the show. Each of them represent a specific standpoint in life. You got talented people like Mashiro who is a world renowned genius in art but she is near useless in daily tasks but yet she gets fame, recognition and basically everything goes well for her while on the ... opposite end of the spectrum you got Sorata who works really hard, tries multiple times with all his might to win a competition but fails relentlessly and is jealous of how well things go for Mashiro. This is but 1 of the many problems the characters face in the series. I doubt anyone cannot find one of the characters to relate to. I for one relate to one of them which makes the experience much more immersive.

The story has it all. Jokes, romance and most importantly audience-character relationship. You experience each of their ups and downs throughout the 24 episodes. You feel happy when they are and you clutch your own heart when they stumble and fall. It is truely an experience to behold. It is the experience of life in a nutshell in the form of anime. It is literally in all sense of the word an EXCELLENT anime to watch!!!

Art=9

I don't know what is excellent artwork for anime thus I can't give a 10. But I do know that the artwork is my "type". They properly dress the character for the appropriate occasion and setting which improves the immersiveness. When a character is talented, their drawings are significantly stepped up to showcase the fact. Mashiro is an artist and her paintings befit the image set for her.

Sound=10

I am a connoisseur for sound tbh so trust me when I say it is worth listening to. I never skip the Opening and Ending tracks and enjoy them along the way. It fits the anime in my opinion.

Character=10

Character development is what this anime is so good at too. Each character is made specifically to direct the story in the right direction. They aren't just there to be idle but instead they all have a part in the show. They each represent a view in society and the people you may find in life. Each has a realistic response that one may have in the real world when facing a taunting task, someone much more superior than yourself and more. They all have backstories that explain their current state of life. In one way or another, you will have to relate to them in someway.

Enjoyment=10

You can tell that I really enjoyed the anime if you read the review through. I love the characters and hate them at the same time not because they are bad but because they represent some mistake in my life so accurately. Literally a first person view of life.

Overall=10

Watch it! You won't regret the choice unless you are some emotionless fool. This is the top anime in my list no matter what the ranking is in MAL. Have fun watching it!!!
