I do have some personal bias towards this isekai anime as I've been waiting for a show that delves into modern medicine, however this anime left so many things out while having many good opportunities wasted. This whole show had a good premise but somehow the author wasted it's potential.
After binge watching this show, it was a slow climb as the main character had to overcome certain challenges but once the showed peaked things went downhill and fast. Certain areas of the show that could've had more time spent were completely rushed out the door in order to just keep moving the plot along to

I'm just going to say this in the first sentence, You're missing out on absolutely nothing by skipping over this Isekai anime.
If I were to make a comparison I would compare this show to Michael Jordon's Space Jam because they're both advertising something to you, only one's advertising Basketball shoes while the other is advertising Japanese Culinary arts to foreigners, which is a shame because the show suffers for it. The show's greatest strengths lies in how it portrays Japanese Culinary arts in Japanese establishments, and customer reactions and commentary on the food as they eat. There's really no plot line to talk about for this ...

As far as Isekai anime goes, this is somewhere in the middle of the road.
The show's Isekai restaurant premise has already been done once before, but this one is a step-up from Isekai Nobu. The animation and character models are great for what the show tries to do but nothing that stands out so much to make this a "Top tier" Isekai anime.
