Either or, and if you can find the pic that'ed be better, you probably have a better idea on what would work.
For the text Just my name would be great. I don't really have a favorite font or anything. And if you wanted to leave a watermark that's fine aswell. The color options would change depending on the photo, like chances are a photo you find for Shiina is going to be brighter than what you find for Ciel, I would just stick with the photos approximate color scheme.

Im not really sure what I should find for you? like just a photo i like and idk the dimensions or anything.
