My expectations where a bit high because I really found the initial backdrop of the story interesting. And while it was generally enjoyable enough to watch, it just falls short of what I had hoped it would be. The show feels safe, while also trying to convey a dark story about very flawed people. And all through there seemed a disconnect and lack of development of these characters. The focus seems to be making the subject matter funny. The story suffers for this. My opinion, its crap story with average art filled with melodramatic high school drama. And if that is what you are looking for great. Everyone has their own opinions, and in mine this is crap. The main story is overly predictable. Which can be fine, if the ride was any good(but it's not). Like much of this genre this story is full nonsense and annoying characters. Obviously, I am not the target audience, but for one reason or another I decided to read this... all of it. Compulsionary habits can be a hell of a motivator.
