TL;DR: If you want a mistery / political drama anime, stop reading reviews and go watch the episodes!
ACCA 13 is one of those animes wich I recommend if you're tired of the usual moe-school animes, as a "political" drama , the anime is quite interesting.
Why do I like ACCA:13? Everything they show you has a secret. No-one is what they appear to be, have you ever wondered about your family past?, all those 'what if...?'... no, those are all things that just children have time to think about, you have to keep it up with your job, living your life day past day, giving your

boss all those reports you were assigned, everything is normal until one day, everyone starts looking at you, talking in a quiet voice everytime they see you in their district. That's Jean for you. Just another worker in the organization who pleads for peace, with a quite expensive adicction, cigars. I find Jean the perfect reflection of the world they show us in ACCA:13, people who just mind the present, people who doesn't wonder about whats above simply because, they don't think thats their business, until they're dragged into something big.
In only 9 episodes they have woven a complicated web of deceptions and cover-ups, and when you think everything is starting to be more clean, they lead you to another mistery.
What did I find weak in this show? At first some of the plot twist start being "obvious" or "stupid" but after those; 'ACCA' started again.
Apart from that, I had quite a problem with some of the characters since they seem to have quite an interesting background but are left behind to keep focusing on the main character, but this is -somewhat- fixed in the last episodes giving the series more flow.
ACCA 13 is not the typical action anime, it's first episodes are quite slow but, in my opinion, they do their work to start the machine and make us try to figure how *this* world works and how important some of the corporations or political figures matter to the coexistence of all the different districts.
