Both series are very touching. Storylines are a really masterpiece. Some comedy and some drama makes that shows really enjoyable. Both Clannad~After Story~ and Kanon 2006 have brilliant music and art, also in characters behaviour we can notice a lot of similarities.

If you liked Shakugan no Shana-tan add

...then you might like Toradora!: SOS! Kuishinbou Banbanzai add

In both of them we have characters from main series in Chibi version. Also humour is similar.
