I've watched till sesason 5 E7 and i'm finally thinking to drop it.

I've persisted on because i know its a hugely popular and famous anime so it must be good. Some season episodes were definitely interesting and action-packed (e.g. the chunin exam) but many other episodes were a drag. If they shorten it, maybe it was still worth the watch for the plot.

Personally, the main characters (the trio) were very hard to love and if i don't like the characters, its hard to watch on. Naruto was always reckless and he never seems to learn regarding that. Sakura is almost always 'useless' in terms ... of battle and it would seem that the only reason she is there is to be the love interest of Naruto and the girl who falls for Sasuke. If her technique of using Chakra was that great as said.. surely she could have developed that better. but when i think of her, im just reminded of her squealing 'sasuke'. Sasuke's personality is .. 'gloomy', 'act-cool' and arrogant. It was although nice to watch when Sasuke and Naruto had a little bromance moment when they save each other, or competing to climb the tree.

In comparison, other adventure/action/shounen type anime that does a way better job would be Hunter x Hunter.

A very chill slice-of-life kind of show. There isn't really a plot plot per-se so its not the adventurous action kind of isekai.
It's more like just enjoy the cute pets he has as they travel and defeat monsters, and enjoy the cooking that he makes.
It's a very easy show to watch on any day and the characters are cute and lovable. it's predictable after a few episodes but i felt it was just alright to watch.
Of course you might not like it if you're looking for more of a plot build-up etc.

its my first artsy fartsy anime and the way they portrayed art - was simple and interesting enough for someone who knows nothing about art. main character was also relatable with the fact that he was untalented but then his talent could be very well his hardworking nature. I liked that when the main character went to the museum, he was like uh i guess i like this because it'll brighten up the hallway - very relatable again.
inspiring and nice to see. and of course, there were those talented characters in contrast. all the characters were quite likeable overall.

I gave everything a 10 because I was satisfied with everything.
Many episodes are slice-of-life -ish but there is a clear plot development.
Art and sound are good too. Many different lovable characters as well and you can see how they change.
and of course, the show was very enjoyable. It was funny. it was interesting. The last few episodes of the show really tugged at my heartstrings with a mix of nostalgia and satisfaction.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :D

The build up of all the other eps showing koro sensei and the students to the last few eps where his death was inevitable and he’d like to ... die by his students’ hands. It was very well done and touching. I feel that i felt the same nostalgia from watching their one year together when the students started thinking back. The last ep was also a nice conclusion. 7yr skip to see what the students would be doing. yea it’d be nice if theres a side story on nagisa and his students or something.
