Overall: Other reviews comparing this to Redo of Healer is actually a huge injustice to ROH. So far, what I can say for this show is that there is significant amount of inexplicable and overly unnecessary violence and very little plot justification for it. While the episodes end in silly cliffhangers, what I feel isn't anticipation for the next episode, but distaste knowing that the next episode will begin with something equally nonsensical. The show was quite promising in the beginning, (I actually enjoyed the first one or two episodes) but it quickly deteriorated into an irredeemable mess. If you like random violence, and to

mutter "why" to yourself over and over while watching then this show is perfect for you.
Story (I'll avoid spoilers): It is a story of "vengeance" on all sides. Everyone wants to avenge someone for something or other. It can be quite exhausting to follow. The male main character is psychotic without any redeemable qualities. This itself makes the show very difficult for me to watch. The main female lead is the opposite, she does not complement the ML or the storyline. It is as if she is from an entirely different universe. Her personality is so incredibly at odds with her surroundings and environment that a psychologist from that world would diagnose her with some personality disorder or a version of PTSD.
Putting the horrible characters aside, what is even worse is the storyline. The premise is very interesting but the executions is horrendous. The main character is so erratic in his decision making that it makes it hard to follow the purpose of his actions. Things are never explained properly, there is no history behind actions, personality traits, or behavior. While they might give glimpses of the past, there is very little specific connection to the current story. Or when there are connections, they are never fully explained or clarified. You end every episode with a slew of unanswered questions in your head. The "Science" of this world is beyond amazing, it seems to be purposefully made for plot device purposes only. Do you need to teleport to a distant planet, then we got the device for you. Or how about shutting off magic, well there is a device for that. It would have been interesting to see if the "magic" had any scientific reasoning or if the "science" had any magical origins. But alas, that is too deep of a thought process for this show.
The art is meh, normal by todays horrible animations standards, (some exceptions of course). Voiceovers are... well always screaming. How the characters are portrayed is almost comical, you feel nothing for them, dying or otherwise. I laughed when a certain character was talking while split in half... almost two episodes prior.
While I hated this show, some people like that sort of thing, if you're into story-less and poorly written (sometimes funny) violence then go for it.
Final note: Redo of Healer at least had a plot and it was enjoyable to watch. Stop the hate!
