This is my first review. May contains spoiler.

Initially, I think this anime has a unique premise. It must be great. It's not, but enjoyable enough.

Story 5/10:

This is basically an educational anime about blood cells in our body. However, while it is mostly accurate, some of them is not. For example:

1. How can erythrocyte and eosinophil meet again?
2. Why does erythrocyte carry nutrient?
... 3. Anisakis is too powerful.

Another one is that when it is true in the real body, it makes no sense in the story, like:

1. Lack of red blood cell causes winter? (Because heat travels via blood by convection better than via cells by conduction, since there is no blood fluid here, this reason cannot be used for this anime)
2. Where do medicine, transfusion fluid, and other blood cells come from? (By going to the doctor and get a recipe for medicine and transfusion, but nowhere are we given the reason why in this anime) This is the classic example of deus ex machina.
3. How can transfusion fluid save the day? (In this anime's setting, it will either causes a flood or not enough to combat dehydration)
4. Why is the hassle of training a white blood cell when it will just be helper T cells? (Helper T cells don't fight here, although the test will be very important in the real body)

Art 7/10:
Good but generic. Nothing to comment.

Sound 8/10:
I can't comment about the sound, but the OP is great.

Character 6/10:
Generic character, with cells with the same type have similar personality. The only exception is erythrocytes and (to an extent) eosinophil. Macrophages would be great if it is just for one cell instead of entire macrophages. Also, the cancer cell is good.

Enjoyment 7/10:
Despite that, this anime manages to attract my interest for its funny moments (although too few for a comedy), heartwarming moment, and one great arc (cancer arc).

Overall 6.6/10.
If you have time to waste, I recommended watching this anime. However, be sure to double check everything that comes from this anime. Also if your anime taste is refined (as I am not), you may dislike this anime.
