This is a solid horror manga:

I think the reason I enjoyed this manga so much, is due to the ability to relate to the main character. He's just an average college student who lives in a normal flat. This is maybe the reason why it's so creepy: it's relatable and you could easily envisage this being a 'true story' so to speak. There never really is a moment where the main character is caught, and combined with the fact that the creepiness comes at the very beginning, you get to experience the main character's terror for most of the duration of the manga.

Manager Kim is only of the only Korean webtoons I have read, but I decided to give it a go and see what it was about.

I think this book is packed with action and violence, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes mafia/yakuza type series. The plot is easy to follow, and despite there only being one main objective throughout the story, it's far from a boring read due to all the turning points. The illustrations are extremely well done, and it's easy to get behind the main character, Mr. Kim.

Mixed Feelings
So I just want to say that this review is coming from someone who's been in the skateboarding community for over 6 years, and therefore I will try to remain unbiased and understanding of a non-skater's point of view, as well as mine.

I am assuming when you are reading this review, you can categorize yourself into 2 categories:

A: You want to watch this anime, mainly for the storyline and don't really care about the realism and accuracy of how skateboarding is depicted, it's anime after all, so maybe it doesn't matter to you.

B: You are a skater yourself and like anime, so you wanna watch ...
