One of the worst SAO movies/episodes yet. But I guess that's to be expected, given they skipped a 'TON' of stuff, and that it is based on the manga (which is horrible in its own way).
If only they'd adapt the light novels, and make it into a 12-13 episode series per novel, that'd be like a dream come true. But alas, here we are. Light Novel fans, prepare to be "severely disappointed". For the rest, guess it could be a decent one ..?
The animation was decent, but the characters felt lifeless at times., which is sad considering what they could've been. Great animation doesn't fix
