This is one of my many childhood favorites. Ahh I remember back then jumping on the bed yelling "Panda, panda" and trying to comprehend the foreign language (i bought it on dvd with no subs).
The story is cute so it deserves a 9.
The art is ok....I mean they did shirk in some of the scenes (like the animal train) but other than that the panda drawing is outright adorable.
The sound is fair since some of the sounds did not match the actions of the characters
The character themselves, though, are a different story. They are cute, they are sweet and they are something out

Have to admit, the story came much later but I believe that the creators were trying to achieve this "mysterious storyline"effect which can only be revealed at the end....and which cannot be done within 12 episodes....sad to say but that is the only thing that ruined the potential of the anime.
Let's see, I love the art. I just don't get why they stopped the animation for her when she puts on the gloves after half of the anime... The opening theme is perfect, with Ulna and Radius and that kid's skull....but we never found out who that kid is......<--creators y'all have a problem... Many things said ...

(Though it needs to be cleaned, its still better than nothing) First time I saw this manga was from a library, and I fell in love with the story. It's like a fantasy but at the same time it doesn't go overboard with the plot and problems. Story: 10- Listen y'all, it a cute love story. It has progression, personal preference, and it has them funny moments. Art: 8- Im in love with Guell...Cello will not have him... Character: 10- All the characters are cute, especially Yoyo and Olga Enjoyment: 10- I mean, I love it so much that ...

Gotta say that horror is the "God-of-Messing-Up-Yo-Mind".
Episodes 1-7: "Hey I get where this is going. Aye, so the mantra is like the key and and and that you need to blah blah blah..." *continues to watch the anime* Episode 8:"Hey look, it's back to normal. Bor--" *anime kicks me in the place where it hurts* "Not yet, Betty. Continue." Episode 9-10: "All problems stem from the human heart." Yes, yes it does. But what if you don't have a human heart :3 Episode 11: "Sometimes the truth is the cruelest of all. Not everyone can bear it." <-- take note. *Anime puts drama into Episodes ...

I think the animators should know that their art begins to deteriorate after each big problem is overcame by Kirari. What is worse is that Kirari matures, which kind of loses the comedy as time goes by.
