I don't think they'll launch anything on Steam anytime soon sadly...it seems they completely want to move away from PC for now for some reason. Which is stupid from the point of view that if they want to come overseas, VNs sell the best on Steam by far. And really, by far. Steins;Gate sold way over 1 million copies for a reason, that's a number the JP market can only dream of even though VNs are more popular there than anywhere else, even Type-moon the most popular company could never reach anything like that. But Mahoyo seems to be doing pretty well overseas already, maybe like 20-30% of the sales is from abroad, so I expect them to release more VNs in English.

But yeah, probably no PC so for people who only have that the only option is Switch emulation (that's how I played the Tsukihime remake partial fan translation anyway). Thankfully I have a PS4 too, bought it used about 2 years ago.

Nice I also started but doing Mahoyo first, I'm free all year from now on thankfully. I know about Chaos;Head's MC people always complain about protagonists who are not copy-paste cool shounen characters, nothing to see here. It's not surprising there are weirdness with the controls, VN ports are always barebones at best and downright terrible at worst. I always play these with a controller though, even if it's not supported I use a program to map keyboard and mouse inputs to controller. I like to pull my couch to my desk and just sit back lol.

Yeah soulslikes are pretty hard to get into but once you understand how they work I don't think they're that hard. Ofc it's always intense and dying is always part of the game, especially when you do new content for the first time. But I think they're easier and much more chill than online competitve games. Though I'm pretty bored of Souls at this point tbh and because of that I didn't really like Elden Ring, it's almost the same gameplay. I enjoy Bloodborne and Sekiro much more.

And yeah Witcher 3 is amazing, I played it a long time ago but it's still one of my favorites. It's very long but the story is good all the way through and the setting is really interesting, not just copy paste western fantasy like most games like it, I think you're gonna like that one for sure.

Nowadays I'm just doing some Bloodborne or Sekiro when I wanna play something, can never get tired of those 2. And maybe I'll start the Witcher 3 again casually too after the next-gen update releases. I'm not playing much either nowadays, there aren't a lot of things coming out I'm interested in to begin with tbh. And when I play VNs I need to have a decent amount of time to focus on it and sit down every day, cause I always get into it and my mind is on them a lot (if not then I'm not even enjoying it lol). Planning to do both Witch on the Holy Night and Chaos;Head in December so I'm looking forward to it.

That's a shame, I know there are so many retards like that on this site (and the English speaking anime fandom in general). People just need to chill the fuck out and respect that not everyone thinks the same. My way of dealing with those kind of people is just tell them how pathetic they are (the worst way I can that won't get me banned lol) and mute them. I'm not exactly solving anything with that but at this point I just accepted this is how the internet works.

Actually I'm recovering from a shitty case of covid atm so I could be better lol. Getting better now but it's taking way too long, really annoying.

But sure, got 2 VNs lined up I'm really excited about, Chaos;Head Noah just got an official translation on Steam and actually Valve wanted to ban it at first but we complained so hard about it they reconsidered and allowed it to release lol. And in December Type-moon finally realeases a VN in English, just Witch on the Holy Night for now but I hope it sells well and we get Tsukihime remake and a version of Fate/stay night too in the future. So got some exciting stuff coming up.

When I was a student I used to skip meals or eat the cheapest stuff possible to afford concert tickets for example... ah the memories ;) Yeah I know how it is in Brazil, I have a really good friend there living in Joinville and he told me a lot of interesting things. But Brazil is such a huge country that people in every region have their own differences, too.
That rule applies to everything so this show won't be an exception :D

Hi, thanks for your message :) Heh, I knew I’m not the only one following that rule :D As for the other question... yes, I loved Japan and not only because I love travelling in general, but Asian countries have this strange vibe that I’m especially drawn to. I’ve been to South Korea and Japan so far, I’m planning another trip to Japan for the upcoming year, too. There’s so much to see in this country that I don’t think a lifetime is enough. I’ve been to Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Nara on my last trip. This time I really want to go to Hiroshima, Fukuoka and maybe Sendai but I’m mostly planning my trip around visual kei gigs this time as I’ve been to only 2 in Tokyo last time. Have to choose a good time to go though as they have Olympics in 2020 and you wanna avoid that - the prices of accomodation skyrocket during such events :< Let me know if you have more questions regarding travelling or anything else really, I’ll gladly help :)

Same, but I prefer when you can get to everything relevant without one, except maybe the true ending. For C;C though there's more bookkeeping required than usual, and it's one of the downsides imo. Cometee of Zero's guide is very detailed and 100% spoiler free btw.

Nice, good to hear you enjoyed. It will get a lot more tedious from now imo but there are still very good parts. Also unfortunately you need a guide to 100% finish this one, some of the routes are pretty much impossible to get without one. I'd say you're over the best part already but if you liked it there's still some fun stuff left, also some more nice twists.
