Hello weary traveler, & welcome to my area of the server room. I'm Randy, & below you'll find bits & bytes (heh, computer humor) about me. If there's anything else you want to know, just ask me or send me a friend request. I promise I don't bite (hard). - 33 years old - I'm a geek who has been a proud Linux user since 2004 & FreeBSD since 2013 (Debian, Slackware, Arch & Opensuse are my favorites, also like OpenBSD as well) - My name comes from this song by Iron Maiden (2 Minutes To Midnight):
- I also like cars, music, my bass (of which a picture will be below) - Anime watcher since 2015, my first was Inuyasha - My PTW list is way too long - How much of a nerd am I? I literally wrote this in the text editor vim, then copied it & posted it here. How much nerdier does it get? (OK, maybe if I used Emacs...) - A few of my favorite songs are as follows:
I find the lack of bass here disturbing. Let me fix that.
Some of my favorite anime to date:
Some of my favorite bands (there's many more, too many to list):
Ugh some websites password prompts are so painful honestly, I’d have a hard time remembering them all if google didn’t save them for me but I’m glad it didn’t ask me to include my 1st grade teachers name I don’t remember it lol
I have watch both movies too and its great. I've watched Panic in Year Zero (1962) and Fail-Safe (1964). I'm binge watching this kind of movies when Russia invading Ukraine and escalating risk of nuclear war, now its 1,5 minute to midnight.
well I even just made my own electric guitar and its still work in progress I have no money to buy another pickup, but its still usable and I just plug it to my computer. hesitate to buy another guitar because rock music is kinda dead and I have no social skills to make my own band
somehow I rarely watch post-WW2 true stories movie, but I watch alot WW2 and earlier like The Longest Day (1962) but also watch nuclear apocalypse movies like When The Wild Wind Blows (1986) and Dr Strangelove (1964). I have no specific favorite person in movies since I'm too focused on storyline. are you in a band or not? since you seems play it alot. also if you're not so invested in IT what you usually do?
well its something biographic/historic than purely documentaries but I likes documentaries too. maybe you can slap it until it broke instead, I always play my guitar so hard that the string often broke.
although I studied in tech high school majoring in networking, I'm not really like coding so I pick art major instead in university.
mostly I watch horror and based on true stories kind of movies but I rarely watch movie/anything in general lately. I even just saving youtube videos to my playlist. nice bass btw
