However, some of the exercise explanations and dieting tips are a little inaccurate, every episode so far, there have been a couple mistakes about form or rep-ranges etc. For example, bench press is supposed to go all the way to your chest for 3-6 reps (for strength training) and a powerlifiting legal squat is the hip crease bellow the knee, which is about 1 inch lower than the parllel thigh that they showed
Other than that, i recomend it if you want an easy anime that doesnt make your brain think too hard
