In 2016, after moving to Tokyo, she studied voice acting and stage acting at Mouse Promotion. In the same year, Yuri Ehara officially joined ufotable, becoming an in-house staff for the animation studio, where she belongs to this day. Although she's working for the animation studio, Ehara occasionally drops by ufotable cafes and restaurants to help.
