Godsuya rocks, Lina best girl and what a marvelous lore you've created, m8.

Yep this gets a lot of undeserved hate, I think for 2 reasons -

1. The anime - its true that the MC is enormously OP (he was literally created to be that way) but unfortunately much of the charm and appeal of the Mahouka LNs can't properly translate to anime. That is to say the reason I think a lot of people like the novels are because of the way the author colors the world through Tatsuya's eyes and his inner monologues. The other thing is the great effort that goes in to world building and the magic system. Neither of these are included in the anime.

Things like Tatsuya's insane ability and his sister's obsession are actually explained quite well through the story but again this isn't a part of the anime so it makes the author much sloppier than he really is. I found the explanations and backstory quite compelling - Mahouka is no masterpiece but its entertaining to me and perhaps very importantly the fan translators have done a marvelous job.

2. The second reason is the Nationalism. I think people just get triggered due to their own shallow bias and perhaps stupidity to be honest. Mahouka literally takes place after a third World War that killed off 2/3rds of the population and is currently in the midst of a cold war. So why /wouldn't/ Nationalism be a part of the story? The country Tatsuya lives in and the world is all fighting for its own tenuous survival.

I don't care what others say i just read it and watch it for amusement nothing else people think too much about everything many other things are their in world so don't rage on novel, manga, anime they are just fantasy so just enjoy watching it :)

What the hell is with all the hate? Mahouka isn't the best and it may be my most favorite series of all time but I can't see what makes people hate on it so much. Dude above said right wing rhetoric is in the story but I doubt he even knows what the hell that is because i see nothing of that in here and i've read up to the 18th volume.

What the fuck is happening here?
Where is the war raging?

Mejor que el sujeto se dedique a ser ingeniero en sistemas si es que sabe explicar tanto el funcionamiento de la tecnología en la magia, porque para escribir historias no sirve ni para una mierda.

A man whose writing skill is as poor as his personality, forever remembered alongside Yumizuru, Izuru as the two authors who can't take any criticism and act like a mad dog, biting anyone who even remotely say anything bad about their work.

So much right-wing rhetoric here. I'm betting the fine folks who normally read this stuff are the same ones who are going to vote for Trump, correct?
