Perfection.

Technique-wise, she did a good job as Kenshin (ORO? ;) ) but I still would've preferred a male voice because when he gets serious her 'low voice' sounds so forced. Kenshin may be feminine, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't have a man's voice. A woman's voice just doesn't suit him.

Well suited/monotone in Tsuiokuhen OVAs; good for the younger and more reserved Kenshin. 28 Year old Himura should have been done by someone more neutral. Sato Takeru captures the essence of Kenshin nicely.

That said, thank you for all your work with Rurouni Kenshin, it is a timeless, and big part of my life. Maybe it wouldn't have been so special with someone else, we say to find someone more suitable, but maybe it was the uniqueness that stuck throughout the years. She did well with the "quote-worthy" dialogue throughout, and felt more refined in Kyoto arc. Kenshin is Kenshin. Also once again, amazing with Tsuiokuhen.

Manga was my first experience anyway ^^.

Suzukaze Mayo's Kenshin sent chills down my spine. Especially in the Kyoto arc. I did not feel the same for her dub counterpart. [2]

LOL so Kenshin sings the 2 ending? awesome

I really like what she did with Kenshin, she gave him a truly unique voice among all shonen heroes. I'm no japanese but I love Kenshin's way of speaking like a rurouni ("de gozaru") and I think that when he becomes serious and his voice changes from something so soft and gentle to something deeper it's even more impressive than when other shonen heroes become angry.

I really can't imagine Kenshin with a different voice.

Excellent job as Kenshin. At first I was taken aback by how unique Kenshin's voice was (kinda like Goku in a way) but then I grew to appreciate how his voice encompassed both his caring side as well as his intense passion.
