It’s one of the mangas ever made.
The first like 15 volumes are so good. The heavy atmosphere, the fights, the jokes, the mastermind of Usogui himself. It’s amazing.
It kinda fell off after some arcs, not gonna lie.
The story is filled with needless dialogues and rule explanations that add nothing to the outcome.
I did skip a lot of text boxes and panels.
There’s more women in the first 5 chapters of Tenjho Tenge than in the 49 volumes of usogui. In some points it was uncomfortable.

I didn't really care about most of the fights before chapter 200, I more so preferred the mind games instead because the author was clearly cooking. For example, the plot twist in the beginning of the Labyrinth Arc where Yukiide framed Kaji. Moments like that was what kept me invested ... Mar 20, 2019
spend your times on better things.Story: The story of Usogui takes on a realistic point of view of illegal gambling, that gamblers need violence in order to protect what they win.The story is complex and unique in a good way, but because of that, it took time until the plot made sense.
