Mixed Feelings

By the author of Mushishi, a compilation of their older works.
The stories are either confusing due to the dialogue or the paneling, so a few of them were lost on me. Other ones, like "the Marman", "Bioluminescence" and "Mushishi" were really well done, with beautifully crafted art, pacings and stories. Other were outright unintilegible due to the way the paneling was done, and other had dialogue too cryptic.
Either the author is a genius, or I'm too much of an idiot to understand the deeper meanings.
It doesn't have too many chapters or pages inside those chapters so reading this work isn't a waste of ...
