Sooo unfortunate that this manga isn't getting translated at all for whatever reason when the series has just ended a day ago. In case anybody stumbles upon this review, there are 138 chapters in total, and the translation hasn't even made it to chapter 10. I'm very positive that's why the review is so low and nobody even knows about this series.

But anyway the way how this story went by is where an old man (named Hans Verpid or whatever you spell it), who was a former hero 35 years ago that won a war against vampires, saving the world once again against the ...

It’s a really good story, but sadly only up to volume 3 in my country.

The plot is interesting too, the whole idea of wanting revenge becomes blurry because of various complications. It actually reminded me a bit of the movie Blade (Yukiyama even mentioned it in volume 3), though the main character isn’t a half-blood like in Blade. Still, I actually prefer this one because the story feels more complex.

The art is great, especially the fight scenes. They look really cool, and the details are amazing. But what I love the most is Hans’s illustrations when he’s young; he looks incredibly handsome TT_TT.
