Both main female characters are very similar. Both girls where forced in to situations to make them crossdress and forced to go into an all boys school. Both girls are surrounded by hot guys. So if you like one you will love the other.

Both about a girl who moves into an all boys school to follow her dream. They have very strong likeable main characters and have similar audience. However Classi9 is about music with a harem like setting where as Hanazakari is about sports and features a love triangle of sorts.
