Manga: Dokumushi
In both mangas people are trapped. There is a struggle for survival, and there is a lot of violence. If you liked one of them, you will like the other as well.

Manga: Children
Children is a reversed version of U12. In U12, the kids are the prey but in Children, the kids are the predator. Both are messed up, gory and disturbing.

Manga: Yakusoku no Neverland
- Both titles are about children trying to escape from a place and gain their freedom - The kids in both series have an unusual high iq for the age they are - Even though both series include children these are far from what you could call family friendly. They both have pretty dark themes that would not fit well with young people

Manga: Prison School
Well both are kinda similar with the teens being lock up and being ecchi but the difference is very high I recommend one then the other but you'll have to decide which one so enjoy both.
