Both main characters transform into various creatures based on what they encounter in their journey.

Manga: S-Rank Monster no "Behemoth" dakedo, Neko to Machigawarete Elf Musume no Pet toshite Kurashitemasu
Both feature a medieval setting centered around adventuring and gaining experience where the main character is a former human being that has been transferred into another body. In the case of S-Rank monster no "Behemoth", the main lead was a knight and after his death, he turned into a low rank Behemoth. In Spirit Migration, the main lead becomes an Entity capable of possessing living being excluding humans. If you like to read a manga about a main lead who isn't exactly a human in appearance but in heart, then you will most likely enjoy these two manga.

Both main characters begin in a new world; no longer human. They both 'evolve' into other monsters.

Manga: Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken
Both characters are reincarnated to monsters in a brand new world. In Spirit Migration, the protagonist revived into an entity that can transfer his conciousness into different kinds of monsters. Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken's protagonist, on the other hand, was reincarnated into a "slime".

Manga: Douluo Dalu
Both the main characters have somehow died and reincarnated to a new world. In Spirit Migration, the protagonist is reincarnated into a monster; while in Doulou Dalu, the protagonist is born as a prodigy. Both are character driven and heavily revolves about the main character getting stronger.
