Really cute. I’ve read a bit of the authors stuff before, she’s really good at presenting frustrating situations without making the story frustrating to read. [idk but I think that’s pretty hard to do!]

I think she got the length right too. Three chapters is perfect, if it were any more it would have felt to similar and become boring.

The story is about a happy-go-lucky girl named, Sayumi. She hates fights, lies, and a person named Kanna who coldheartedly rejected one of her friends. During P.E class however, she meets and makes friends with Kanna believing he is actually someone else. It’s a short ... story about the troubles and misunderstandings that take place in relationships, especially when their first starting out.

I really liked Sayumi’s character. She’s very defined but is coming to realize not everything is so black and white. Kanna is the typical male shoujo lead. You all know it, the handsome, cold, popular guy. His character seems like he’s genuinely a nice guy just a bit misunderstood.

Its only three chapters so it’s a short read, pretty light too. I’d recommend it

This proved to be a challenge to rate, due to how short it was. I decided the whole thing was just fine for what it is (a quick love story), although it could have been better.

The story is nothing new (Girl meets boy, trouble in between, love at the end) but, at least, the dialogues sound more natural than your typical shoujo out there. I felt the situations were a mix of genre conventions and down to earth, realistic behaviors.

It’s a shame the art is not at the same level. Sometimes it’s hard to tell who’s who among the girls, and the overall ... level of detail is very basic.

In the end, this is a nice short story that tries the most (and success) to live up to its title. While it’s not a gem by any means, I can think of worse ways to spend half an hour reading manga.

Toxic friendship group and boyfriend. Sayu's female lead group was terrible. They checked her phone without her permission. They didn't believe when Sayu was saying the truth of the situation. They were stuck on a bad guy and idolizing him, though. None of them called him bad even though he was the one who was pretending and deceiving Sayu. Also, I hate any male lead who says he hates girls. Don't date one then. His friend was nicer, so of course we didn't see his friend much. Kanna is rude, crosses Sayu's physical and emotional boundaries, moody, selfish, and has an attitude even though he ... is always in the wrong. Overall, he has a bad personality. Sayu is a nice girl, but she has a weak character. She should have ended her friendship with those girls. They only love her when she is being obedient to them. I liked Sayu when she said to Kanna, "I hate liars. Please don't talk to me ever again." She just should have left him there. Things happen, and she thinks she was too harsh. How could she say such a horrible thing even though she was the one who was being deceived? Kanna literally rejected her friend by calling her annoying even though all that girl did was confess her feelings to him. Also, Kanna is deceiving Sayu about love as well. True love is not bitter at all. It's sweeter than honey. Well, they are not in love. They are just hormonal teenagers. Sayu is stupid. Sayu should have left both her friend group and boyfriend. They are all bad, selfish people. This manga is a waste of time. The only good part is that it has a nice art style.
