Many passionate love scenes and, main characters have both played the roles of uke and seme. But in Haito Diamond the role switching is more often.

For readers of The One that read yaoi, Haru o Daite Ita has some similarities. This is a recommendation for mature readers only as this yaoi is more graphic and it's probably not the best one for your first yaoi read, but it is one of the very best yaoi series. Both feature couples in relationships within the acting and modeling industries and the relationships take place over many years with ups and downs, love and hardships experienced by the couples. Both can be very dramatic at times too, as tensions from the industries threaten their bonds,  read more

In my opinion, these two manga are similar in so many ways, the list goes on and on! Both are BL manga featuring actors and portray similar character types in the main couples. Iwaki and Saijou are both dedicated to their acting career. Iwaki and Saijou are veterans in the acting world and are pursued by newcomers in their field. Even though Iwaki starts out in the AV industry and Saijou is a totally normal actor. Iwaki and Saijou are both older than their junior actors. Junta and Katou both have to try extra hard to show that they are seriously in love, even though it is with  read more

Their writen by both the same Author;) Shes written in her mangas as 90's style anime. Even though both are great manga to read. I loved Haru Wo Daiteita and 17guyz;) Her writing styles are stunning and Experienced.

‘Passion’ is a term that could define these two mangas. On one side you have an aloof and playful guy that harbors some rather intense feelings and on the other someone more centered, with their calm demeanor being affected by their partner. Considered rivals in the entertainment industry, might bicker from time to time while still absolutely adoring each other. You can feel the love these characters have for their respective careers and loved one. Most notable difference would be that 10 Dance is a slow burn and Haru wo Daiteita makes them learn more about each other while already being a couple.

Half way into HWDI I realized that it's almost as if... Sho and Ren had the hots for each other. *shrug*. If you like Yaoi, and lots of sex scenes, then HWDI is the series for you. Both series revolve around acting and the entertainment industries. SB has a very slow romantic progression, while HWDI's is really fast. That being said, both rely on the mix of acting and romance. So if you like long series with that type of mix, then either series is great. But again, HWDI is YAOI and has TONS of sex scenes. I legit skimmed the hell outta that. (There's  read more

Same entertainment field actors filming together though “haru wo daiteita” is bit longer and more straight to the point and more enjoyable unlike” hero heel” which bit frustrating sometimes.

Both are not about high-school boys. Here we have adults, more or less successful men struggling with their own boundaries in the name of real love. Sound cheap and sappy but anyone who read any of those two know what I mean.

They both examine a relationship between two people throughout a long period of time, with all the good and the bad times. Practically the both feature same sex marriage. The effort for social acceptance is also a theme that both series have in common. One could say that those two series complete each other. Whatever might have made one feel a bit less satisfied in one is bound to be compensated by the other.

Both have the same AV concept.

Both yaoi w/plot enough to cover several volumes (exceeding 10); They also have a similar pace and whatnot to them in the later volumes, and I (having read kizuna first) could not help but find many similarities.

Setting is different but what makes them similar is a maturity of lead character. Isa-san reminds Iwaki in that.
