This is an absolute gem of a manga , one of those sleepers , that doesn't get the high praise it really deserves.

The basic theme is that, our hero is the illustrious scion of family of sword makers , that have made swords /katanas for a thousand years.He also has the unusual ability to see the soul of a sword and inter react it with .

The problem is , that hes a modern day guy ...

I started reading this morning and already read two volumes.
The story is very good and the art is sometimes very detailed, from the swords to rest. The character lacks a little, because you don't get much in depth toughts but that doesn't take away the joy of reading this manga.
There is a lot of information about the swords in the story as well as some old cultural aspects they have in Japan.
If you like the culture of Japan, katana's and the supernatural (the sword spirits) then this is definitely something you should read!!

I don't know how people are enjoying this... The characters don't have a single shred a of story arc at all and the main character seems to makes the same mistake again and again. No development whatsoever for the story or the characters.

-minor spoilers-

Chapter 13 is so irritating, the main character, once again, gets controlled and then proceeds to ruin three peoples lives... and then the chapter just ends?
