Both have characters named after hard rock and metal bands and have fights that go on forever. 

Both are set in medieval fantasy worlds containing monsters, knights and big scale battles. The main characters of both stories are anti-heroes with great powers. 

Shuria looks like Metaricana, Felicia is awakened by a virgin too (Felix,LOL) the difference is that Felicia always needs a kiss to release her powers.There a lot of hot witches and such in both, and they're no way weaker than males, speaking of power both worlds are overpowered with walking Nukes in Maian and at a FREAKING COSMIC level at latter volumes of Bastard!! And magic works very similar on both too. 

Almost a Gender Swap of each other, though Kurohime is only Ecchi while Bastard!! is outright hentai. For those who like Bastard!!, Kurohime is a must. It HAS an ending! - a hasty but good one. For those who like Kurohime, keep away from Bastard!!, cause it hasn't and probably won't ever have an ending, hasty or not. Anyway, if you liked one you'll probably like the other. See below why. Bastard!! has Dark Schneider, a hated warlock finally defeated, sealed within a sweet boy named Lushe Renren. He wants vengeance. When Darsh's ex-partners (including a "daughter-lover", an emo, a highly visible - and loud - ninja master and an old, strange guy) start a plan to ressurrect the evil goddes Anslasax, the people from Metarikana have no other choice than free Darsh again - with a kiss from a virgin, Yoko, daughter of the Priest that sealed him. From here we have earth-shattering battles between powerful warlocks, mystic mechas, fantastic lifeforms and even angels - of light and the others. There's a large cast of useless beauties and Heavy Metal based ugly villains too, and a little dragon as a maskot (and it has it's secrets). We have some time skips and kind of an apocalypse. Kurohime has, duh, Kurohime, a hated witch punished by the gods, sealed in a child form called Himeko. She wants vengeance, and a lot of people too, on her. Zero, a boy with a heart of gold, a past of crap, the face of an angel and aiming skills of the devil (using FOUR pistols simultaneously) starts to travel with her, searching for Kurohime, his savior. When his love touches Himeko, her seal gives way and she can use her full power again. From here we have earth-shattering battles between powerful witches, mystic bullets, fantastic lifeforms and even gods (almost all evil). There's a large cast of beauty and powerful witches and useless bishonens too, and a little tsuchinoko as a maskot (and you - only you - know it's secrets). We have time travel and SUCH an apocalypse. read more 

They have a guy sealed in the body of another,to stop the person to make evil-doing.It's in both a before evil,anti-hero and a good guy.Kyo and DS also got unbeliable strong as the chapters passes,and have 4 people serving him as his personal army(in SDK the Shiseiten,in Bastard! the Shiten'ou).Also some characters are very similar like Akira and Kall-Su even in powers,and both characters have religious ligations.But I like Kall-Su much more than Akira.Oh,and both main charcter are part of a profecy. 

Still the same basic background,Rudbich is Darsh the girl is Yoko,Rett is Gara and etc... The spells and fights are on the same style. 

Both are sword-and-sorcery adventures with a (more than) healthy sense of humor and perversion.  

Both with a similar sort of chaotic humour. Both tell a story about the war of angels and demons, the hell, the heaven,the devil and a maincharacter who is evil, or, at least, think to be evil. And both deal with the love between a devil and a human.
